2026 BLSJ Officers and Board of Directors Sworn In

Nick Fiocchi, Eastern Pacific Development/Brookfield Construction was sworn in by Past President Hans Lampart as the 82nd president of the Builders League of South Jersey at the Annual Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Scotland Run Country Club. 

A number of BLSJ past presidents were on hand for the festivities including Tom Paparone 1974, Winfield Ziegenfuss 1991 & 2010, Bruce Paparone 1994, Barbara Chiusano 1999 & 2007, Peter Genzano 2014, John Chiusano 2018, Hans Lampart 2019, Chuck Insalaco 2020 2021, Sam Williams 2022 and Nate Russo II 2023.
