Women Build 2023

In 2023, we’re focusing on the week leading up to Mother's Day to celebrate Women Build in Gloucester County. Women and children make up the majority of people populating Habitat neighborhoods as they are the most likely to be effected by poor living conditions. The Women Build is an opportunity for women-owned and women-led organizations to partner with Gloucester County Habitat to support affordable housing.

By recruiting, educating, and inspiring women, we can transform lives in Gloucester County. Any woman who wants to learn how to build and construct a home is invited to join us. This is an opportunity for you to get on the construction site and learn new skills! In addition to learning new skills, the event provides a unique opportunity for women to have a direct role in creating affordable housing solutions through construction, collaboration, and advocacy. Whether you’re already a handywoman or have never picked up a drill, Women Build is a platform where all women can assist in building a better Gloucester County.
