The presentation is a comprehensive look at current legislative policies and the potential impact to the home improvement industry.

The presentation addresses growing trends from The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)-well known for its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification and rating programs and various companies that represent the building manufacturing industry.

Legislative trends (nationally, locally) involving a changing energy environment are also addressed.
