Seminar: Septic System Rule Changes And How They Affect You

Septic System Rule Changes
And How They Affect You

Seminar Overview:
Septic system rules in NJ changed significantly as of April 2, 2012.  These are the first major changes to the code since 1990.  Changes are both positive and negative, and will affect all properties with onsite systems, both new and existing.  Topics include property inspections, cesspools, repair of existing systems, use of advanced treatment units, permit expirations, grease traps, Pinelands systems, etc.

Bottom line is that you are affected if you own or plan to own any property with a septic system.

Who should attend:
The seminar is directed towards new home builders, remodelers, real estate agents, investors and developers.
