Site Constraints Affecting Land Development -Case Studies in Environmental Planning Part I Seminar Outline "Case Studies" of historic DWSA projects that involve a multitude of issues affecting the development of the properties in question. Of particular interest will be environmental concerns uncovered as well as other "surprises" for the prospective buyers. Several projects will be featured as follows: Commercial Site (Sayreville) Public Park Site (Long Branch) Residential Subdivision (Howell) Wild Cat Lot Assembly (Berkeley) Salvage Yard (Howell) A Case Study "summary" will be drafted for each site and given to the attendees about a week in advance of the seminar. The package will contain the following: A description of the site with the goals for the project Publicly available data Site pictures We will review these case studies with the attendees and see who would purchase the site (why or why not) and reveal our findings. Over the years, DWSA has put together a very comprehensive site assessment tool called a LDFA or Limited Development Feasibility Analysis to aid our clients in assessing the development potential of property. We will apply our Greengineering techniques to these sites for what will be a very informative and fun session. Presented by: Victor J.
