Election day is right around the corner and the Legislature is preparing its agenda for the Lame Duck Legislative Session when we expect a flurry of legislative activity before the session ends in mid- January.

Many proposals could have a detrimental impact on housing production and the industry needs to be prepared to fight initiatives that will have a negative effect on your companies and your livelihood.
