NJ Real Estate Disclosure Course - Approved for 2 Core CE Credits

Course Overview:
This course will provide the practicing real estate professional with an overview of an agent’s legal obligations in a real estate transaction to disclose and to refrain from disclosing certain information to other parties, other agents, outsiders, and the government.  

The material will be delivered with reference to principles of common law agency, as modified by New Jersey and federal statutory and regulatory law. 

Upon completion of the course, the student should have a heightened awareness of the part that disclosure plays in the ethical representation of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, and be able to spot and avoid opportunities for breach of fiduciary duty.
