NAHB DESIGNATION COURSE: SCHEDULING

Builders, remodelers and superintendents will learn through this course how to improve planning and scheduling skills and use them to increase efficiency and simplify site management. Participants will learn how to create a plan, build a schedule, and use planning and scheduling tools to manage a project even when nothing goes according to plan. Approved for CGB, CGR and CGA credit.
