Just added: NJ Supreme Court COAH Decision Update  

BLSJ Legal Counsel Robert Washburn, Flaster Greenberg and BLSJ Master Sponsor Rick Hoff, Bisgaier Hoff, LLC will provide a short overview on the NJ Supreme Court COAH decision that eliminates the requirement that builders must first "exhaust administrative remedies" before the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) before suing municipalities in court.  They will explain what immediate actions you should be taking and be available for Q&A.

Following that will be a presentation by Quita Syhapanya from Metrostudy with an analysis of the key housing indicators for the 7 counties in South Jersey.
