Whether you are a current Board member or under consideration for the 2009 BLSJ Board of Directors you are invited to attend the Leadership Development Committee on Friday, August 22 from 9 am - 10 am at the League office to learn more about the League, NJ Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

As associations grow, demands and expectations on staff and leaders continue to rise. As a result, associations must equip their employees and volunteers with the proper training to meet increasing needs. This presentation offers a full menu of training and education opportunities appropriate for association staff and leadership of all experience levels.
