The Leadership Committee provides a forum for younger builder and associate members to share and exchange ideas with current housing industry leaders, participate in educational and training seminars, and hold roles in various committees that will allow members to become more involved as leaders in BLSJ and the housing industry. Most importantly, this committee strives to find individuals with the ambition and drive to work hard to reach the forefront of the housing industry.
