The single most important line on any estimate is the PROFIT line item. Learn how to establish what this number should be, then explore all the techniques to protect this profit from erosion. The seminar will cover building the profit number and creating job estimates. Further discussion will examine the defensive mechanisms (management skills, terms and conditions, reporting, tracking) that keep the profit whole throughout the contract life.
