Time: 3:00 p.m.

Location: Mansion at Main Street, Voorhees

The goal of this meeting is to let you know about your delegation of duties as a committee Chair/ Vice-Chair, or subcommittee chair and as a guide for you as Chairperson.

The League’s Board of Directors Meeting immediately follows this meeting and you are invited to attend that meeting as well.

Introduction of attendees
Hand out & very brief explanation of Committee Chairperson’s Handbook
Very very brief overview from each chair person of their goals, events, and/or fundraising planned for year
BLSJ Strategic Plan
The committees expectations of BLSJ/ the Executive Committee and/ or suggestions they might have
Ambassador for Housing program and need for involvement of committee chair to insure involvement of members
Committee Budgets
Reporting at board of directors, and the need for cross communication, so each committee has an understanding of what the others are doing so there is no duplication of effort, and/or over burdening the membership w/ requests for contributions etc.
