BELLMAWR REDEVELOPMENT PRESENTATION

The Brownfield Development Area for Bellmawr encompasses 70 acres of former municipal landfills along Big Timber Creek. Mr. Gallop will explain the closing of the landfill and the types of construction anticipated such as Basspro, retail stores, hotels and restaurants.

Bellmawr Mayor Frank Filipek will also speak about the road projects awaiting approval from the New Jersey Department of Transportation to complement this redevelopment project.
