Clementon: Clementon Lake Park has been scheduled for auction on March 23, 2021. The site is being marketed as either purchasing it as an amusement park or as mixed use commercial-residential redevelopment opportunity.
 
Evesham: Fieldstone Associates Limited Partnership of Bridgewater plans to buy the Evesham public works yard for $1.52 million and add 107 new apartments to its existing Barclay Chase at Marlton apartment complex, which borders the public works yard.
 
Jackson: The Zoning Board of Adjustment has granted preliminary site plan approval to the applicants, Dr. Ira Port and Alan Cohn, who plan to construct 192 apartments and commercial space on West Veterans Highway (Route 528).
 
Stone Harbor: The Stone Harbor Borough Council introduced an ordinance to vacate a portion of First Avenue, adjacent to the Villa Maria by the Sea site, at 111th Street is a step in the subdivision plans that will result in a smaller religious retreat complex and lots for 13 single-family homes.
 
Upper Township: The planning board approved Cedar Lane Development LLC’s application for a proposed 12-lot subdivision at 500 Tuckahoe Road.
