Regional Purchasing Manager

D.R. HORTON

Brian Joseph Eiswerth is an established corporate procurement professional currently serving as the Regional Purchasing Manager for D.R. Horton, the largest residential homebuilder by volume in the United States.
He operates primarily out of the company’s Mid-Atlantic and New Jersey divisions, driving corporate vendor relationships, operational budgeting, and local sourcing initiatives. 

As Regional Purchasing Manager for D.R. Horton, he leads regional procurement, trade negotiations, and cost-control strategies.
His role sits at the intersection of corporate operations, land development, and construction management. 

Before joining D.R. Horton, Eiswerth built a foundational career in regional homebuilding,
serving as the Director of Purchasing and Operations for Schaeffer Family Homes, a prominent residential developer in South Jersey.

In May 2022, D.R. Horton corporate officially recognized him as the Top Rated Purchasing Manager across the entire Mid-Atlantic division, highlighting his efficiency and impact on regional project delivery.

He actively handles regional growth strategy, including recruiting and hiring emerging purchasing agents to expand D.R. Horton's presence in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
