Advance reservations for Associate’s Booths -- $395.00 per booth prior to August 31st (must be paid in full)! Advance reservations for Associate’s Table -- $295.00 per table prior to August 31st (must be paid in full)!
Cost per table: After August 31st - $395.00. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Cost per booth: After August 31st - $495.00. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

ATTENDEES ?? Dinner tickets* – Includes entry fee, dinner, open bar (this is for anyone not exhibiting at the expo)
BOOTH & TABLE INCLUDES: 1) 2 Free dinner tickets for you and a guest. Additional dinner tickets available at $60.00 per person. 2) 8” X 10” sign with your firm’s name. We will use the firm name that you list on the reservation sheet. Reservations and firm name due by10/11/13. 3) Each “booth” will receive a 6-foot table, tablecloth, and two chairs. (Hanging items on wall is not permitted. Table top items must be able to fit on 6’ X 18” table.)
RULES: 1) SET UP TIME: Between 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. 2) All exhibitors must be ready by 5:30 p.m. 3) ELECTRICITY: Available at $25.00 per booth or table. If you need electricity, you must notify the League in advance. A limited number of tables have access to electricity. ***Please supply your own extension cord. 4) Hanging items on walls is not permitted. Table top items must be able to fit on 6 foot table. 5) To exhibit at the $295 & $395 rate, we must receive full payment by August 30, 2013. After August 30 the rate will be $395 & $495. NO EXCEPTIONS! 6) No refunds for space after October 11, 2013. 7) At the close of the exhibit you must remove your materials - between 10:00 p.m and midnight.
TABLE LOCATION: 1) All determinations will be made by the committee to avoid conflict with a competitor. 2) Space is limited, first come first served.
DOOR PRIZES: Vendors are requested to supply a door prize. The prize will be raffled from your booth during the course of the evening.
