(PLUS teachers\, mentors\, trainers\, etc.) \n	If you know any young women who are interested in a career in the trades\, this is a GREAT way for them to learn how to navigate their path in this traditionally male-dominated industry.\n\n \n\nAre men welcome to attend?\n\nYes\, absolutely!  Supportive men are our greatest allies   especially in the construction trades.
