On January 31st\, municipalities were required to adopt a resolution determining their present and prospective fourth round fair share affordable housing obligations. Over 400 towns have adopted resolutions with the total number of downward adjustments to need totaling over 13\,000 units. The next major deadline under the 4th round affordable housing law is February 28th\, when interested parties must file objections to municipal determinations of need.
