DESCRIPTION:Join us for an update on the 4th round affordable housing process\, NJBA's challenges\, what comes next and how builders should begin to engage.\n\n						 \n\n						Following the conclusion of 30 days of mediations and sessions concerning NJBA challenges to 159 municipal affordable housing numbers (please click here to view the list of municipalities whose numbers NJBA challenged)\, county level judges have begun to review and issue final orders on the recommendations of the Program. It remains possible that some of those orders may be appealed. You can download an excel copy of the numbers here.\n\n						 \n\n						The next step in the statutory process is for municipalities to adopt and endorse Housing Element and Fair Share Plans and file those with the Program by the June 30\, 2025 deadline.
